Blue Origin seeks an Inventory Specialist to support our Operations team on Merritt Island, FL. The role covers receiving, stocking, and shipping of hardware, managing spares, and ensuring 5S and safety in daily activities.

Qualified applicants will have forklift experience, inventory background, strong communication, and a commitment to high-quality work; ability to lift 50 lbs is required. This is a hands-on, on-site position with the A-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Forklift operation and manual handling tasks.
• Experience with inventory management or warehouses.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Track and manage test stand critical spares inventory.
• Maintain tool calibration and ensure tools meet specs.
• Receive, unpack, and store incoming purchase orders.
• Perform daily stocking activities and cycle counts.
• Fulfill Work Order hardware and support equipment needs.
• Prepare items for shipment and deliver to sites.
• Maintain stocking areas and adjust for production changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve stocking and material handling.
