Job summary

Delta Solutions & Strategies seeks a Space Operations Instructor to support course delivery and development at the NSSI Peterson SFB, CO. The role involves instructing postgraduate-level courses and developing lesson plans in alignment with ISD guidelines for government requirements.

You will collaborate with NSSI personnel and contractors to deliver courseware, ensure quality, and maintain materials while supporting travel up to 25% annually including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; 8 years of experience may substitute the education requirement.
• Security clearance: Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Familiarity with DoD training/education ISD model and government course delivery.

Responsibilities

• Postgraduate level adult education instructor and curriculum developer.
• Instruct in SME areas and support online, blended, in-resident, and mobile courses.
• Qualify and deliver classroom instruction per ISD principles and government requirements.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain lesson plans within ISD guidelines.
• Interface with internal/external agencies to maintain up-to-date course materials.
