Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. seeks a postgraduate-level adult education instructor to deliver space operations instruction at the National Security Space Institute (NSSI) in Colorado.

The role requires developing, validating, and maintaining lesson plans and course materials per ISD guidelines and coordinating with DoD customers. The candidate will teach space operations topics across online, in-resident, mobile, and blended formats, including C2 and space capabilities, with travel up to 25% annually.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent
• Active TS/SCI
• 3+ years of curriculum/lesson development and instruction
• 8+ years of experience in relevant field
• Past military or federal government experience
• Experience with DoD training and ISD model

Responsibilities

• Instruct space operations lessons in various courses.
• Develop and maintain educational materials for NSSI courses.
• Coordinate with internal and external agencies to update materials.
• Travel up to 25% annually, including weekends/overseas.
• Deliver instruction in in-residence, mobile, online, and blended formats.
