Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent and 12 years of relevant senior technical experience.
- Experience with federal government environments and large-scale programs.
- Proven track record leading technical strategies for major proposals and growth initiatives.
- Experience engaging with business development and enterprise investment planning.
Responsibilities
- Drive technology strategy alignment and innovation across programs.
- Collaborate across Operating Groups to share capabilities and best practices.
- Lead proposals and on-contract growth initiatives to expand client footprints.
- Define roadmaps for OG solutions and thought leadership to stay ahead.
- Oversee deployment of enterprise technology strategy and ensure OG roadmaps align with corporate goals.
