Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks an Operating Group Chief Architect to lead technology strategy and drive growth across its Space Operating Group. You will work with the OG President and CTO to align group and enterprise capabilities, guiding proposals, investments, and program execution.

You will champion emerging technologies, run a team of solution architects, and ensure governance and profitable expansion in fast-paced federal programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12+ years in senior technical roles involving development and operational execution in federal environments.
• Five years of working with commercial partners (e.g., hyper-scalers) to drive growth.
• Proven ability to lead technical strategies for major proposals and on-contract growth initiatives.
• Experience translating technical gaps into formal requirements for enterprise investment.
• Excellent collaboration with BD and solution architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology strategy alignment and innovation across programs to maintain competitiveness.
• Define technology roadmaps for OG solutions and thought leadership.
• Lead proposals and on-contract growth via technology-enabled services.
• Develop and deploy OG-specific solution architects and SMEs.
• Advocate for enterprise investment and ensure funding for scalable growth.
• Participate in Investment Review Board decisions and governance.
• Represent capabilities to customers and coordinate with BD and leadership.
• Oversee deployment of enterprise technology strategy at group level.
• Engage with customers to understand mission needs and modernization priorities.
