Job summary

Radiance Technologies seeks a qualified individual to support IC space analytics by developing analytical simulation capabilities and models. You will integrate authoritative space-based models within AFSIM/TMAP frameworks, develop scenarios to stress new concepts, and enable rigorous analysis of space systems and concepts.

This role offers exposure to DoD analytics, agile practices, and a dynamic, cross-disciplinary team environment in the Dayton area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, data science, operations analysis, or related STEM field.
• Prior MS&A experience.
• US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical simulation capabilities and models to support space-based analyses.
• Create and integrate authoritative physics-based models in simulation frameworks such as AFSIM and TMAP.
• Develop scenarios to test new concepts and enable analysis of space-based systems and concepts.

Job description

The successful candidate will support the Intelligence Community (IC) in the development of analytical simulation capabilities and models to support multiple space-based analyses. Typical projects involve develop ing and integrating authoritative intelligence-based physical, mathematical, and logical models in TMAP & AFSIM, developing scenarios to test new concepts, and enabling and performing analysis of space-based systems and concepts. The Scientific Analysis Operat ion focuse s on providing analytical capabilities and generating accurate scientific and technical information to support the IC and Do W through specialized software development , M&S tool ing and infrastructure , and analysis . We have a unique blend of analysis and modeling capabilities with an understanding of S&TI missions that enable us to provide the Government with innovative solutions to complex challenges and questions . We are industry leaders in the Air Force's AFSIM modeling and simulation environment and have been heavily involved in TMAP , ITASE, and NGTS for years. This opportunity will give the candidate exposure to a wide array of n ovel technologies and concepts, includ ing space -based threat systems and operations, in telligen ce tradecraft and digital engineering practices, and cutting edge DoW M& S .
