Job summary

Qualifications
- B.S. Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5+ years in full product lifecycle development.
- Proven systems-level engineering and leadership.
- Experience with PDM Pro, SolidWorks, Thermal Desktop, NASTRAN or ANSYS.
- Familiar with GSFC-STD-7000A, AIAA S-114-2005, NASA-STD-5017, MMPDS.
Responsibilities
- Lead design reviews and develop verification plans and test procedures.
- Develop system-level requirements and compliance documentation for spacecraft.
- Ensure requirements traceability and verification through tests.
- Partner with program management to align with customer expectations.
- Control project costs through resource planning and decision management.
- Lead and manage technical teams to deliver projects.
