Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in supply chain or business management.
• 5+ years with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment; knowledge of MRP required; MES/PLM/APS desirable.
• 2+ years in a direct management role.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal/external stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement mindset; always optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of material planning with cross-functional coordination to meet production targets.
• Manage a Material Planning team of approximately 8–12 specialists; train, develop, and performance-manage the team.
• Ensure performance enables program milestones within approved budgets by anticipating risks and resolving them promptly.
• Define system requirements for planning software and collaborate with the technology team to implement enhancements.
• Monitor Planning Attributes in Item Masters to optimize batch sizes and reorder points, reducing cost and avoiding stockouts.
• Drive cross-site planning improvements and coordinate engineering changes and part lifecycle management.
