Job summary

Precision Solutions Ag is seeking a Civil Engineering Planning and Programming Specialist to be onsite at Vandenberg AFB, CA. The role supports space launch infrastructure planning, program management, and environmental review coordination.

You will advise on feasibility, cost effectiveness, regulatory conformance, and interact with government contacts while mentoring the project team in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil engineering project management experience
• Knowledge of NEPA process
• Experience with facilities operations and maintenance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 25% and obtain Secret clearance

Responsibilities

• Support space launch infrastructure planning and programming
• Advise on project feasibility, cost, regulatory conformance
• Coordinate with Environmental Assessment Lead to develop NEPA documents
• Interface with government points of contact
• Manage planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructures
• Mentor and supervise team members
