Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Civil Engineering Planning and Programming Specialist to support the execution of a space launch infrastructure roadmap, evaluate project planning documents, and advise on feasibility, regulatory conformance, and environmental permitting.

You will mentor team members, interface with government points of contact, manage planning and construction activities for DoD projects, and work toward facility planning and capital investment initiatives while maintaining

Qualifications

2+ years of civil engineering project management experience with planning and programming support.
Knowledge of NEPA process.
Knowledge of facilities operations and maintenance.
Ability to work directly with clients and apply civil engineering principles including policy guidance.
Willingness to travel up to 25% and obtain a Secret clearance.
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of the space launch infrastructure roadmap and assist in engineering efforts.
Evaluate project planning and programming documents and design documents.
Advise on feasibility, cost effectiveness, regulatory conformance, or alternatives.
Conduct field investigations and analyze data; develop environmental review documents with the Environmental Assessment Lead.
Mentor and supervise team members; interface with government points of contact.
Manage planning, design, construction, and maintenance of physical infrastructures.
