Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Civil Engineering Planning and Programming Specialist to support a space launch infrastructure roadmap. You will advise on project feasibility, study data, and environmental permitting, while coordinating with government contacts and supervising team members.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in civil engineering PM, NEPA knowledge, and strong communication and presentation skills. A Secret clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of civil engineering project management with planning/programming support for strategic facilities planning and construction programs.
• Knowledge of NEPA process and environmental review requirements.
• Knowledge of facilities operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work directly with clients and apply civil engineering principles including policy guidance.
• Motivated with a dynamic work ethic and mission focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations using PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a space launch infrastructure roadmap and assist in project planning and programming.
• Advise on feasibility, cost effectiveness, regulatory conformance, and alternatives.
• Conduct investigations to compile data and support environmental reviews (NEPA and others).
• Interface with government points of contact and report on work status.
• Manage planning, design, construction, and maintenance of infrastructures.
• Mentor and supervise team members.
