Job summary

Stoke Space in Moses Lake, WA is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design and build test site infrastructure for our Moses Lake facility. You will collaborate with engineers to rapidly create test stands, focusing on site architecture, construction strategy, and reliable operations to prevent testing disruption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering or a similar field.
• 4+ years of related project engineering and infrastructure experience in aerospace or similar industries.
• Experience with heavy civil structural engineering and construction including steel and reinforced concrete.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal engineering projects and contracted firms to design and upgrade test site infrastructure systems across civil, structural, electrical and other disciplines
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, forecasting; manage change orders and cost control
• Leverage field experience to drive design decisions for construction and future operations
• Conduct constructability reviews and value engineering for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Direct and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and on-site vendors
• Oversee quality control inspections, material testing, and compliance with specs and safety
• Develop and execute project scope, RFPs, awards, construction management, and activation
• Support permitting and coordination with agencies
• Maintain as-built docs, track punch lists, and manage closeout deliverables
• Ensure execution quality and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements
