E-Space in Arlington, TX is seeking a Supply Chain Product Manager to own end-to-end procurement, inventory control and delivery for assigned programs. This hands-on role collaborates with engineering and program management to ensure on-time results, optimizing costs and supplier performance.

The role requires strong procurement, ERP, and analytics capabilities, with occasional travel to supplier sites. This position is based in our Arlington office and supports space-based IoT initiatives.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting U.S. government programs and related contracting mechanisms (e.g., OTA, FAR/DFARS-adjacent)
• Operational supply chain experience across procurement, inventory, and production planning
• Direct purchasing experience with end-to-end PO management
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems for procurement and item master data
• Ability to understand technical concepts and discuss trade-offs with partners
• Experience working with engineering, design, and program management to deliver on-time products/services
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills to base decisions on data
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent programs within budget/schedule constraints
• Proven track record in ambiguous environments and scalable processes
• Organized, self-directed, and able to prioritize without close supervision
• Ability to obtain security clearance if needed

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end procurement process for assigned programs, including part numbers, POs, and supplier follow-through
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships with manufacturers and distributors
• Manage inventory levels to ensure availability and minimize excess stock
• Track KPIs like inventory turnover, fill rates, and on-time delivery
• Monitor demand forecasting and production planning to support efficiency
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency
• Manage and analyze price changes and impact on program cost baselines
• Collaborate with Program Management to resolve supply-chain issues affecting delivery
• Prepare and distribute internal/external reports for operations and business needs
• Address quality control issues to ensure compliance with standards and requirements
• Review Bills of Materials to identify long-lead/high-risk items and craft strategies
• Develop and execute project plans within budget and schedule across multiple programs
