SpaceX's Starlink is seeking a Business Operations Manager, Supply Chain Resilience, to lead end-to-end strategies that secure global and domestic supply continuity under disruption. You will drive cross-functional decision-making, build first-principles models, and coordinate with hardware and manufacturing engineering to reduce single-source dependencies and expand the vendor landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, data science, physics, or other quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, product management, operations, FP&A, consulting, banking, or entrepreneurship.
• 4+ years of experience in Excel or programming.

Responsabilités

• Own Starlink Supply Chain Resiliency and architect the end-to-end strategy to secure global and domestic supply chain continuity.
• Rally the program around supply chain resilience as a primary KPI alongside growth, cash, and performance.
• Decouple from high-sensitivity regions by quantifying the rest-of-world frontier to secure technical and cost parity across markets.
• Engineer the executive contingency playbook to safeguard operations during supply and geopolitical emergencies.
• Build first-principles models to identify critical-path choke points and quantify time-to-survive and time-to-recover metrics for every major assembly.
• Partner with hardware and manufacturing engineering to support design-out strategies that eliminate single-source dependencies.
