Astranis Space Technologies Corp. in Northern California is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the hardware team responsible for our Software Defined Radios and related high-speed digital and mixed-signal designs for space.

You will guide cradle-to-grave development, oversee PCBAs, ensure radiation-tolerant designs, and mentor engineers to deliver robust, scalable payload architectures for GEO satellites.

Qualifications

• Experience designing FPGA-based SDRs for GEO satellites.
• Proven hardware delivering complete signal chain with high-speed data paths.
• Experience with satellite payloads and radiation effects in FPGA-based systems.
• Proven leadership, mentoring and decisive decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers on SDR hardware.
• Oversee PCBAs with compute, high-speed I/O, data converters, power.
• Architect ultra high-speed mixed-signal systems for spacecraft payloads.
• Drive continuous technical innovation and industry expertise.
