Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years engineering experience.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and learn quickly.
• Interest in troubleshooting and automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ground system in real-time to support SDA mission.
• Analyze data and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Support investigations and review software/system logs.
• Monitor spacecraft fleet health and status.
• Collaborate to detect and recover from issues in ground system apps.
• Validate fixes and confirm system stability after recovery.
• Document events through anomaly reporting.
• Assist testing of new software releases and patches.
• Participate in rollout activities for new tools and capabilities.
• Develop updated procedures and best practices.
