Job summary

Auria is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead a complex U.S. Space Force ground architecture framework and integration effort.

You will direct government engagement, manage scope, cost, schedule, risk, and staffing, and oversee a multi-vendor integration in a cloud-enabled environment for mission-critical space ground systems. You will work with the Chief Engineer to translate mission objectives into executable plans, ensuring open standards, modular interfaces, and secure operations

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex Government or DoD space ground programs.
• Strong background in cloud-native architectures and open standards.
• Ability to translate mission objectives into executable plans.
• Proven success managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Government interface and program leader.
• Lead end-to-end program execution with cost, schedule, staffing, and risk accountability.
• Establish and maintain an integrated program baseline with WBS/IMS.
• Integrate program management with systems engineering activities.
• Drive MOSA-based, API-driven integration and onboarding of third-party capabilities.
• Oversee subcontractor/partner performance and ensure mission outcomes.
• Collaborate with Chief Engineer and leads to translate decisions into plans.
• Manage risk and opportunities, escalating issues for government decisions.
• Develop a roadmap for future ground evolution with vendors and customers.
