Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory's Group 76, Software and Electronics Engineering, seeks an Electronics Engineer to develop mixed-signal, analog, digital, RF, or power electronics for advanced research. You will contribute to lab-scale prototyping and integration with multi-disciplinary teams, with mentorship from senior engineers.

The role involves hands-on development from requirements through testing, occasional field support, and travel; strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential in

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Technical degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience with mixed-signal, analog, digital, RF, or power circuits.
  • Experience with full PCB development lifecycle from requirements through testing and integration.
  • Experience using test equipment (DMMs, oscilloscopes, waveform generators, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers).
  • Test design, procedure development, and execution in a laboratory setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, analyze, implement, and test hardware/software systems in a laboratory setting.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on advanced research projects.
  • Mentorship from senior engineers to grow into broader responsibilities.
