Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory's Electronics Engineering Group seeks an Electronics Engineer to design and analyze mixed-signal, analog, digital, RF, or power electronics. You will contribute to hardware/software systems in a lab setting and lead small teams over time, with occasional field support.

The role involves systems from concept to realization while supporting multi-disciplinary teams, with opportunities for leadership and collaboration with sponsors and researchers.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; a bachelor’s with 3+ years experience considered.
  • Experience designing mixed-signal, analog, digital, RF, or power circuits.
  • Experience with the full PCB development lifecycle from requirements to testing and integration.
  • Experience using test equipment (DMMs, scopes, generators, spectrum/logic analyzers).
  • Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (PSpice, SimScape).
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork in interdisciplinary groups.

Responsibilities

  • Electronics design, analysis, implementation, and integration & test of hardware/software systems.
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams on advanced research challenges.
  • Lead small teams over time and support field exercises and sponsor events.
