Job summary

E-Space in Arlington, TX is hiring a Manufacturing Technician to fabricate composite parts and assemblies, inspect components, and support testing activities. You will follow SOPs, read engineering drawings, and maintain tooling.

The role suits hands-on, detail-oriented individuals with 0-2 years in composites or related fields, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work extended hours during critical periods; on-site at our Arlington facility.

Qualifications

• This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented technician with exposure to composites.
• Familiarity with reading engineering drawings and following work instructions.
• Ability to operate hand tools, inspect parts, and document results.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate composite parts and assemblies following work instructions and specifications
• Perform dimensional, visual, and physical inspection of composite components; accurately record and document results
• Prepare test specimens and support material and process testing activities
• Conduct routine tooling and fixture maintenance; flag condition issues to engineering
• Follow established SOPs and work instructions; provide feedback to improve process documentation
• Assist engineers with process development trials and non-conformance investigations
