Amentum Space Exploration Division is seeking a skilled ESSCA Team Lead to guide a high-performing group supporting NASA Marshall Space Flight Center. You will manage task orders, allocate resources, and drive technical excellence across GN&C and mission analysis efforts.

The role emphasizes mentorship, safety, and process discipline, with collaboration across departments to deliver on complex spacecraft and vehicle systems programs in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• STEM degree (ABET preferred) or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• GNC and space mission experience desirable.
• Mentoring and technical leadership required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing ESSCA team to meet MSFC and government expectations.
• Oversee task orders, allocate resources, and manage risks across the program.
• Supervise recruitment, training, and career development for team members.
• Ensure technical quality and timely delivery of work products.
• Coordinate subcontractors and cross-team collaboration for mission success.
