Aleut Federal is seeking a Space Fundamentals Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support the 533d Training Squadron’s USSF Guardian Enlisted Training initiative at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. The position involves developing and instructing essential curricula and requires proficiency in instructional design and management.

Success in this role requires a Bachelor’s degree, related instructional experience, and an active Top-Secret Clearance. The salary range is $85,000 to $225,000 annually, based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ISD-based curriculum development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with a US Government agency in space.
• Minimum 3 years as a formal instructor or 5 years in public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct foundational Space Force curriculum.
• Instruct on space history, terminology, and concepts.
• Assess and mentor students.
• Maintain course materials and LMS records.
