Job summary

Aleut Federal is seeking a qualified Space Component Staff Course Instructor/Curriculum Developer at the Vandenberg Air Force Base. This role supports the 55th Training Squadron in preparing combat-ready Guardians. The instructor will develop curriculum, deliver instruction, and ensure course effectiveness.

To qualify, candidates must hold a Master’s degree and have at least three years of experience in classroom instruction and space operations. The position offers a salary range of $150K to $185K based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum development and classroom instruction.
• Active or current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• Experience in space operations including space battle management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SCSC curriculum in accordance with ISD principles.
• Deliver up to 40 hours of instruction per course.
• Conduct ongoing courseware evaluation aligned with ISD processes.
