Aleut Federal is seeking a Joint Warfighting Instructor/Curriculum Developer to support the USSF Guardian Enlisted Training initiative at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. The role involves developing and instructing curricula on joint doctrine, assessing students, and participating in mission integration activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, solid experience in curriculum development, and must hold an active Top-Secret Clearance. This position offers a salary range from $85,000 to $225,000 annually depending on qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in ISD-based curriculum development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the specific mission area with a U.S. Government agency.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a formal instructor or 5 years as a briefer/public speaker.

Responsibilities

• Develop and instruct curriculum on joint doctrine and operational-level warfighting.
• Assess and mentor students in multi-domain integration.
• Participate in curriculum reviews and agile course development.
