Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking Software Engineers for the Space Special Programs team in Chantilly, VA. You will implement flight, ground test, and ground station software across embedded and host sides, spanning FPGA, RF, data protocols, and machine learning in a constrained environment.

Your work will include integrating spacecraft systems with existing Command and Control software, performing design reviews, and ensuring high-reliability software that can be safely upgraded in orbit. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical / computerengineering, or similar engineering or technical field.
• 2-8 years of professional experience in software product development with embedded and host-side focus.
• For embedded roles: ability to read and interpret VHDL, and write code in C.
• For host-side roles: ability to work with GUI, databases, and high-level languages.

Responsibilities

• Design market leading space flight hardware and ground equipment software.
• Prototype and verify software components for flight and ground systems.
• Apply modern space-flight software design standards for high reliability and maintainability.
• Work across high-speed digital, analog, RF, and low-power designs.
