Job summary

Relative Dynamics Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead aerospace QA activities at supplier locations and support flight hardware quality assurance functions.

You will perform inspections, review manufacturing processes, and ensure conformance with ISO 9001/AS9100 and NASA standards while coordinating with prime contractors and suppliers. Travel and occasional long shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years in manufacturing, assembly and/or quality assurance of space flight hardware.
• Experience supporting critical path FRBs on NASA projects preferred.
• Cleanroom experience and long hours standing required.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Review processes including circuit board workmanship, coatings, soldering, ESD, and clean room controls.
• Perform inspections of hardware and evaluate contractor quality controls and documentation.
• Monitor calibration, tooling, and test readiness with MRRs and TRRs participation.
• Ensure non-conformances are documented and closed with root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for flight hardware readiness.
