Job summary

Relative Dynamics is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead surveillance and QA activities across supplier locations for flight hardware. The role involves reviewing processes, supporting MRRs/TRRs, and ensuring thorough documentation of non-conformances and corrective actions.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in space hardware QA, familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100, and ability to travel to support pre-cap inspections and launch readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years’ experience in manufacturing, assembly and/or quality assurance of space flight hardware.
• Experience supporting critical path FRBs for a NASA project.
• Able to work long hours in a cleanroom and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Review processes including PCB quality, workmanship, coatings, soldering, ESD controls, clean room activities and cable fabrication.
• Ensure non-conformance, corrective actions and re-verifications are documented per the system.
• Monitor contractor quality and safety controls during fabrication, integration and tests.
