Job summary

Amentum is seeking a contract and financial management professional to support NASA programs at Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The role involves contract management, budgeting, and interfacing with customers to ensure program success.

The candidate will guide teams, monitor subcontractor performance, and advise leadership on financial and contractual decisions. Travel to customer sites and compliance with safety standards are expected.

Qualifications

• Six+ years with a Bachelor’s in a business-related field, or ten+ years in management analysis, financial analysis, budgeting, or contracting.
• Must have a valid US driver license.
• Knowledge of Federal contracting laws, procurement practices, and cost/price analysis techniques.
• Ability to develop and implement action plans and present to senior management.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations and work in a hazardous facility environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex contract management, budgeting, and financial guidance to internal and external customers.
• Assist in budgeting, financial management, and procurement activities.
• Monitor teammates and subcontract performance, obligations, and expenditures.
• Advise and train others and develop organizational procedures as needed.
• Support and interface with customers and senior management on contractual matters.
