Kennesaw State University is seeking a Space Data/Archive Manager to oversee the university’s facility and space records, ensuring accuracy of the enterprise space database and coordinating data flows across linked systems. The role leads standardization efforts, supports reporting for planning, compliance, budgeting, and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining data in Banner or similar systems, updating CAD plans, and managing access to the digital archive for campus partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as specified.
• Two years of related experience in design, facilities management, archive management or space management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain space and building data in the space management system with frequent site visits and field verification of conditions.
• Update CAD floor plans and space data in the university space database.
• Standardize data practices and support reporting needs for planning, compliance, budgeting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Registrar, Event and Venue Management, and space strategy team on data integrity and access.
• Provide data for reporting purposes such as space utilization, NSF surveys, rate studies, SACS accreditation, and ad hoc queries.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in architecture or architectural technology, interior design, engineering, construction management, construction technology, facilities management, or related field
