Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Maintains comprehensive oversight of the university's facility and space records by managing both physical and digital archives, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the enterprise space database, and coordinating data flows across all linked systems. Oversees the collection, verification, organization, and long-term stewardship of space information, ensuring records remain current, compliant, and accessible to campus stakeholders. Leads efforts to standardize data practices, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting needs for planning, compliance, budgeting, and strategic decision-making.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education in architecture or architectural technology, interior design, engineering, construction management, construction technology, facilities management, or related field or an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license.
Two (2) years of related experience in design or construction, facilities management, archive management or space management.
Proficient in AutoCAD.
An advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field.
Experience in planning, design, construction, space management, or facilities management at an institute of higher education.
The budgeted salary range is $59,460 to $72,600. Offers are based on relevant experience.
