Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a seasoned Electronics & Integrated Systems General Manager (BUGM) for the Space Division.

You will own the BU P&L, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive strategic growth across multiple sites while guiding the transition to a unified operating model. The role reports to the SVP, Space Division, requires 15+ years in electronics/high-reliability sectors, and offers a competitive compensation package including benefits and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, integrated systems, or related high-reliability tech sectors.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with people leadership and business strategy.
• Direct P&L leadership experience within Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Own BU P&L and all financial performance metrics across the integrated product lines.
• Build and lead BU Leadership Team and crossfunctional alignment.
• Lead multisite operations through organizational change and integration.
• Provide executive oversight to Operations, Engineering, Program Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Business Development.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for Electronics & Integrated Systems BU aligned with Space initiatives.
