Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing or high-reliability technology sectors.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for people and business strategy.
• Direct P&L leadership experience in the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Own BU P&L and all financial performance metrics.
• Create an environment that attracts and retains talent.
• Collaborate with internal customers and minimize siloed operations.
• Guide operational strategy, including pricing and risk assessment.
