Qualifications

• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for people leadership and business strategy.
• Direct P&L leadership experience within the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry.

Responsibilities

• Own BU P&L and all financial performance metrics.
• Create and maintain an environment that attracts and retains talent.
• Lead teams across multiple operating locations.
