Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, integrated systems, or related sectors.
• 5+ years in a strategic leadership role with responsibility for people leadership and business strategy.
• Direct P&L leadership experience within the Space, Defense, or Aerospace industry.

• Own BU P&L and all financial performance metrics.
