Job summary

Amazon Leo is launching a constellation of satellites to deliver high-speed, low-latency broadband. The DVT Engineer on the ALG team focuses on design verification of electronics, including compute, storage, and data transfer, and leads circuit validation and board bring-up.

You will work across teams, produce readable reports, support design reviews, and conduct trades to show solutions meet customer goals. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers to understand technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions backed by data and analysis.
• Electrical circuit design verification for hosting sensitive RF and communications payloads including processing, memory, and buses.
• Strong background in electronics verification across Analog Power, Digital Design, Mixed-Signal ADC/DAC, RF, Processors, FPGA, MCU, SoC, Memory, Transceivers, Clock generation and distribution.
• Experience with electronics test equipment: oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, network analyzers, power meters.
• Document test plans and reports: DVT, QTP, ATP; support design reviews and proposal efforts.
