We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with hardware development background with a passion for building mission-critical systems to support space superiority. You will serve as the owner of program execution—driving clarity, alignment, predictability, and accountability across engineering, production, security and program office.
In this role, you will ensure the successful delivery of complex, cutting edge, never before operated missile defense system, managing risk proactively, and leading programs through ambiguity. You will operate at the intersection of technical execution and program leadership, maintaining authority over delivery plans, escalation paths, and cross-functional dependencies.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
