Job summary

Lam Research Corporation is seeking an experienced Document Control professional to manage AutoCAD drawings and integrate CAD data with IBM TRIRIGA IWMS. You will support space management, occupancy tracking, and facility operations across Lam locations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of AutoCAD experience in facilities or real estate environments, strong CAD standards knowledge, and proficiency with Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience updating AutoCAD drawings in a corporate facilities or real estate environment.
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA IWMS space management and CAD integration functions.
• Strong CAD standards knowledge, layer management, and drawing quality control.
• Proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and manage AutoCAD floor plans, site plans, and facility drawings per CAD standards.
• Integrate CAD drawings with IBM TRIRIGA to support space management and occupancy tracking.
• Validate drawing data against TRIRIGA space records for data integrity.
• Create and maintain CAD layers, blocks, attributes, and drawing standards.
• Support data migration, import/export, and publishing between AutoCAD and TRIRIGA.
