Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or extensive work experience in engineering/architecture or facilities management.
• Experience managing AutoCAD drawings in a corporate facilities environment.
• Experience with IBM TRIRIGA IWMS space management and CAD integration.
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD and CAD standards.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and manage AutoCAD floor plans and facility drawings per CAD standards.
• Integrate CAD drawings with IBM TRIRIGA to support space management and moves.
• Validate drawing data against TRIRIGA space records for accuracy.
• Create and maintain CAD layers, blocks, and drawing standards.
• Support CAD data exchange between AutoCAD and TRIRIGA environments.
• Conduct drawing audits and QA to fix inconsistencies with facility databases.
• Coordinate updates from renovations and capital projects across teams.
• Manage space classifications and occupancy data within TRIRIGA.
• Document workflows and standards for AutoCAD and TRIRIGA.
• Assist with system upgrades, testing, and data migration tasks.
