The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a proven leader to head the Space Control Department in El Segundo, CA. You will direct systems engineering across contested space threads, coordinate with government customers, and guide digital engineering efforts for the national security space enterprise.

Applicants should have 10+ years in national security space, a TS/SCI clearance, and a strong track record in leadership, architecture shaping, and program governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in National Security Space systems (engineering, technical, or operational).
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain SAP accesses. U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Systems of Systems Engineering for contested space mission threads and identify risks, issues, and gaps (RIGs).
• Provide technical leadership for the Integrated Assessment across all mission threads.
• Shape enterprise architecture, programmatic baselines, and the enterprise Integrated Master Schedule.
• Lead and manage the Space Control Department: staffing, budgeting, performance reviews, and recognition.
• Advise across enterprise on digital engineering, AI, and model-based systems engineering.
