Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5+ years of engineering experience OR
• Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3+ years of engineering experience OR
• PhD in a STEM discipline with 1+ year of engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Support multiple programs in the development of systems for space.
• Develop cleanliness requirements based on performance degradation analysis due to contamination.
• Analyze systems for potential contamination generation and accumulation on surfaces.
• Design passive and active contamination control means and methods.
• Perform data analysis to verify cleanliness requirements.
• Verify contamination requirements at component, subsystem, and system levels.
• Prepare and present plans, procedures, reports, and analyses related to contamination control.
• Implement contamination control procedures and plans.
• Study environments to determine suitability for contamination sensitive hardware.
