Job summary

Full Spectrum Operations at Patrick Space Force Base in Florida is seeking an experienced Telecommunications Engineer to support Space Launch Delta 45. The role emphasizes designing installation plans and identifying required materials, with a focus on network communications systems.

The candidate will work with internal and external customers, applying knowledge of L1 solutions, copper/fiber infrastructure, and AV/PA systems to meet mission requirements. A DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science or IT management or 10 years of experience.
• Experience in network architectures and design.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Visio, Project).

Responsibilities

• Designs and plans network communications systems (voice, video, data).
• Provides detailed Layer 1 solutions for copper and fiber infrastructure; PA and Aural Warning; A/V solutions.
• Provides specifications and detailed schematics for network architecture.
