The Aerospace Corporation is seeking a technical staff member to lead analyses of space communication and ground architectures. This full-time role requires onsite work in El Segundo, CA, Chantilly, VA, or Colorado Springs, CO, focusing on end-to-end performance evaluations, AoA analyses, and tool development.

Candidates should hold a B.S. in aerospace, electrical, systems engineering, mathematics, or related field, have 2+ years of experience, and be proficient in Python, C++, or MATLAB, with

• B.S. in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, systems engineering, mathematics or related field.
• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with space-related modeling, space/ground architectures, data network modeling, scheduling algorithms, or mission management.

Responsabilidades

• Produce analysis driving recommendations for research, development, and acquisition decisions for legacy and emerging customer communication and ground architectures.
• Perform end-to-end (E2E) performance evaluations and AoA analyses using in-house or internal tools.
• Collaborate with senior staff to translate customer needs into project objectives and provide technical evaluations.
• Support development and sustainment of the organization’s analysis and simulation tools and capabilities.
• Develop and present timely and technically accurate presentations and reports to technical leads, management, and customers.
