Job summary

RANDALL is seeking a Safety Specialist to oversee commercial construction sites along Florida's Space Coast. The role reports to the Safety Director in Apopka but operates from Titusville, FL, joining a team that emphasizes safety training, audits, and incident investigations.

The ideal candidate will have OSHA 30 (construction), at least 3 years of safety coordination experience on large projects, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong document control and communication skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification required (Construction) and experience as Safety Coordinator on commercial construction.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred and ability to pass background checks for badging.
• Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills; CPR/First Aid/AED trainer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orient and train personnel to the site safety program before and during work.
• Perform daily safety audits and document findings for Randall Safety & Project Management.
• Report injuries immediately to Randall Safety & Project Management.
• Lead incident investigations and perform root cause analysis with proper paperwork.
• Attend safety coordination meetings and contribute to safety planning.
• Provide materials for toolbox talks and conduct safety trainings for workers and supervisors.
• Coordinate motor vehicle records for crane operators on site.
