Job summary

RANDALL is seeking a Safety Specialist to oversee safety on large commercial construction projects along Florida's Space Coast, reporting to the Safety Director in Apopka but operating from Titusville. Pay rate is $26-$34 per hour, with a focus on proactive safety programs and incident documentation.

The role requires at least 3 years as a Safety Coordinator on commercial sites, OSHA 30 certification, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and the ability to pass background checks for badging.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Safety Coordinator on commercial construction projects.
• Certified OSHA 30 - Construction (OSHA 500 / 510 Preferred).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass extensive background checks for badging.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects to ensure a safe environment.
• Report all injuries immediately and document on site.
• Conduct safety audits and toolbox/tailgate meetings.
• Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training programs and coordinate with crane operators if needed.
