Job summary

Randall Construction in Orlando, FL is seeking a Safety Specialist with OSHA 30 certification to oversee commercial construction sites along the Space Coast. This role reports to the Safety Director from Apopka but operates from Titusville.

The candidate will conduct site safety audits, train personnel, and manage incident reporting, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 - Construction certification required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Education in Occupational Safety & Health required
• CPR/First Aid/AED trainer certification preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel required

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects to maintain a safe environment
• Report and document safety incidents on site
• Train personnel on site safety programs and conduct toolbox talks
• Perform daily safety audits and maintain documentation
• Participate in safety coordination meetings and root cause analysis
