Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a hands-on Cleanroom Lead for its Space Manufacturing team. You will operate and maintain ISO 5-8 cleanrooms and lab spaces, run gowning routines, and ensure readiness for build and test in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 4+ years in lab or cleanroom maintenance, experience with HVAC, metrology scheduling, safety handling of hazardous materials, and a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years handling lab/cleanroom or manufacturing facility equipment in a controlled environment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and facility-systems (HVAC, pumps, chillers, compressors, DI water).
• 2+ years in ISO-classified cleanrooms (ISO 5-8) with gowning discipline.
• Safety experience with hazardous materials and gases; floor-level safety contact.
• Experience with calibration/metrology scheduling and inventory/consumables flow.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot lab equipment in three spaces (space lab, temporary cleanroom, new facility).
• Oversee gowning and contamination-control routines and PPE stock.
• Coordinate vendors or specialists for work beyond scope; assist in growing the team.
