Job summary

BAC is seeking a custodial associate to perform cleaning tasks at Kennedy Space Center. The role reports to the site custodial leadership team and involves routine cleaning, waste disposal, and restocking supplies in offices and common areas.

Typical hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 32 hours per week. Strong teamwork and reliability are valued, with full-time/part-time benefits available as described.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• Must pass a background screening for access to the work areas.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial work according to the specified contracted methods of cleaning.
• Cleaning responsibilities include: removal/disposal of trash, cleaning of offices (dusting, vacuuming, sweeping), and cleaning of restrooms (mopping, disinfecting, mirrors, partitions, toilets, sinks).
• Stock paper and soap supplies.
• Properly dispose any hazardous waste material.
• Maintain supplies and equipment under established procedures.
• May set up/break down tables and chairs for events.
• Workdays and hours may vary depending on operational needs.
• Perform other custodial tasks as requested.
