Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Custodian to perform essential maintenance tasks in our facility, supporting the Workplace Experience team.

You will contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by performing cleaning, sanitizing high-touch areas, and maintaining restrooms, waste disposal, and general building upkeep. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, physical stamina, and the ability to document tasks on regulated records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Physically able to lift items, climb ladders, and stand or walk for long periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling.
• Ability to document completed cleaning tasks on regulated documents.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; reliable under supervision.

Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: sweep, mop, vacuum, buff floors; clean rugs and carpets.
• Restroom Maintenance: clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
• Waste Removal: empty trash and recycling; transport to disposal areas.
• Sanitization: clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces, desks, and kitchens.
• Building Maintenance: keep windows, glass, and mirrors clean and streak-free.
