Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) / Modeling and Simulation Engineer for Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role requires developing space and counter-space models, air models, and simulations to support intelligence analysis objectives.
The candidate will design, develop, test, and document systems in SysML Cameo System Modeler, with MBSE and SysML diagramming skills and knowledge of aerospace C4ISR systems. Strong writing and verbal communication are essential.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years in related field; additional experience may substitute.
- MBSE experience and SysML diagramming proficiency required.
- Familiarity with aerospace C4ISR systems and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Research foreign satellite and C4ISR air systems.
- Assess capabilities of foreign space and air systems.
- Incorporate models or vehicles into modeling environment.
- Produce high confidence answers for space and air systems.
- Create large scale simulations of space and air vehicles.
