Job summary

Leidos Inc. at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio, is seeking a Model Based Systems Engineer (MBSE) Modeling and Simulation Engineer with an active DoD TS/SCI clearance to design, develop, test, and document space and C4ISR models using SysML Cameo System Modeler.

You will build high-fidelity simulations of space and air systems, collaborate with analysts and engineers, and produce solutions that support intelligence analysis objectives; strong writing and communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years or MS with 2+ years in a related field; additional experience may substitute degree.
• Experience in MBSE and SysML diagramming tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams.
• Preferred: WPAFB experience with IC models, all-source analysis, radars, aircraft, missiles, space vehicles, MATLAB, Simulink.

Responsibilities

• Research foreign satellite and C4ISR air systems.
• Assess capabilities of foreign space systems and C4ISR air systems.
• Incorporate space and air models or components into current modeling environment.
• Produce high confidence answers to problems of interest on space and air systems.
• Produce large scale/reverse engineered system simulations of space and air vehicles.
