Job summary

Vantor is pursuing a highly qualified engineer to join the Space Force remote sensing program in California. You will test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate complex space and ground systems, and identify areas needing urgent mitigation early in development.

This role requires a Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship. Expect on-site presence 2–3 days per week and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, mental health resources, and family-friendly perks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a technology field required.
• 10+ years in test & evaluation, verification, or system integration on defense programs.
• Experience developing TEMPs, STPs, and verification reports.

Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, evaluate, verify, and validate complex space/ground systems.
• Identify urgent mitigation areas early in development.
• Contribute to acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.
• Coordinate with government and industry partners to meet program goals.
